Is it possible to do visualize the decision surface with scatter data for four groups of data by using three variables?

I have visualize the decision surface with scatter data for the two variables (X, Y) usning Nearest Neighbor algorithm. Below link is the matlab code https://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/visualize-decision-surfaces-for-different-classifiers.html?lang=en

I want to visualize the decision surface with scatter data for the three variables (X, Y, Z).

How can i do this?

I have attahced the data with four groups.
