Analysing multiple csv files

Hi everyone, I have a couple of hundred csv files to analyse for multiple experiments. From these files I just want to average two parts of the data (when opened in excel it is Z2:AI25 and P2:Y25). So for each spreadsheet I need two averages. I’m not very experienced with Matlab so I was wondering if anyone had any advice on creating a code that will run this for me? This will save me so much time as currently I’m opening each file in excel and typing in the formula. Thanks so much in advance :)
