rose diagram multicolour each pie

I need to create a rose diagram and use some extra info in it. I have a matrix with two columns.The first one shows wave direction and the second one has another characteristic for each wave. To create a rose only with direction is the easy part.But how could I use the second column and embody it's info at each pie(as a percentage for example).
Any ideas?
