Time-varying constant input in Simulink

Hi, How can I generate a constant input, but time-varying? Say at 0-10, it should output 5, then 10-20 -->0, then after 20, it should output say 10?

I was trying ''repeating sequence'', but that was doing linear increase on intervals; I need step/sudden increase.
