My script behaves differently when I run it from Linux platform

I have a script that reads a csv file and generates a couple of text files. It basically uses readcell function several times, perform some calculations and writes a couple of text files.
I run the same script on the same csv from a Windows launched Matlab 2019 and do the same thing from a linux launched Matlab 2020. My generated text files do not match. I do not have the same versions installation at my disposal unfortunately.
Is there something simple and obvious I should change in my m file?

Thanks everyone!
@Jan: I tried my script on the same csv file. You are right about the processing different data sets; however, this is due to the way reacell handles the csv files when there are blank rows in R2020 vs R2019.
I am told that the readcell function (which seems to be fairly new) behavior has changed in R2020; so, nothing to do with the OS.
