Baseline Criteria: How to read discrete data from excel rather than continuous data.

I am using baseline criteria to verify the model.I am stuck with one issue which is causing test case failure.
When i am trying to data output from excel,it's reading continous value like when value change from 1 to 3 wiith time terveral of 1sec then it should change without any slope.
Inshort there is any way to read daat at disctre point(time sampling = 1sec)
Below image have output data and graph.
I wanted to read data 1 to 3 as a direct jump rather than any slopy transition.
