in Convert nucleotide sequence to amino acid sequence, AND AS FOLLOWING TABLE: http://www.cbs.dtu.dk/courses/27619/codon.html all the following codons is converted into single amino acid L
CTT, CTC, CTA, CTG, TTA, TTG
WHY WHEN run
nt2aa (ttg) ,nt2aa (ctg)
I get M

See: Why does the function NT2AA translate my nucleotide sequence incorrectly?
I found this by asking Google. You can do this by yourself also. If Google knows an answer, this is faster than taking the indirection over this forum.
