See if you have access through a school license. You can check here.
If not, look into if you are eligible to renew your license (see this answer)
If not, you can view purchase option here: https://www.mathworks.com/store/

As far as I have been able to determine, Student licenses as such have not expired in years (but there used to be a variety that expired). However Academic licenses provided to students can expire, and MOOC licenses expire.
