Generate result from fprintf to plot/graphical result.

I used to calculate a PNSR from the script editor, and the result appear on Command Windows like these:
MSE: 140.38 dB
MSE: 175.88 dB
MSE: 186.95 dB
PSNR: 26.6578388 dB
PSNR: 25.6786990 dB
PSNR: 25.4135523 dB
when I write a command >> plot(MSE);, i got error like
Error using plot
Data may not have more than 2 dimensions
anybody can help my problem?

What are the dimensions of MSE? In the command window type
size(MSE)
