Regarding your sunset announcement for 32 bit MATLAB with release 2015b.

For releases after 2015b, will the MATLAB Compiler support 32 bit builds? We have a large number of customers who are still using 32 bit Windows (WIN 7 32 bit) with our compiled software. Will this sunset affect all of these customers?

So, it looks like, according to the Mathworks on the page Star gave, the answer is no.
