How to substract two mat files ? How give ylabel and it was based on selection from listbox2 it varies? How to give marker for multiple plots in single figure?

You should narrow your quesiton down and make it more specific.

It's not easy to go through your image file to understand where you got stuck.

What are your question then?

You cannot subtract files, but only the data imported from files. The readers cannot guess, what "selection from listbox2" means. What das "give marker" mean?

Do not post a foto of your code, but the code as text. Then it is much easier to use the code to provide an answer.
