I want to develop a standalone application from simulink for Zynq 706 that is independent of host PC preciesly it could run on any PC or any Zynq board without the requriement of different dependencies how it could be accompolished

There are several product examples that show case how to deploy HDL Coder generated code to target ZC706 board.
Check this example Perform Matrix Operation Using External Memory that shows how to generate an HDL IP core with AXI4 Master interface, perform matrix multiplication in HDL IP core, and write output result to DDR memory using Xilinx Zynq® ZC706 Evaluation Kit.
