This is a picture of dfig controller in older version of matlab . in new version fcn block is not available i want represent these transformations what should i do?

this functionality can still be used, if in a slightly different block. Here are all user defined blocks that you can consider to use: https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/user-defined-functions.html
However, for your uses, I would recommend this block: https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/interpretedmatlabfunction.html
