matrix input does not have the expected size. The error occurred for MATLAB System block 'untitled/Frame To Pixels/hf2p'. See line 92, column 1 in file 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2022a\toolbox\eml\lib\matlab\lang\validateattributes.m'.
Component:Simulink | Category:Model error
Error in port widths or dimensions. 'Output Port 1' of 'untitled/Frame To Pixels/frame' is a [1920x1080] matrix.

Could you provide a snapshot of the model and the settings you have for the Frame To Pixels block?
From what I can see, the settings for Frame To Pixels and the input you are providing seem incompatible.
The input to the Frame To Pixels block should be a matrix of size 1080x1920 for a 1080p video.
