Here's some hints. Use cosd() and sind() to get values of angles inputted in degrees rather than radians. Use inputdlg() to ask the user for v0. Also look up title(), plot(), grid, xlabel(), and ylabel() in the help. If you vectorize things, the code is pretty much like it looks like in your problem statement, e.g.

vy = v0 .* cosd(theta);

Just add .* for multiplication and .^ for raising to a power. Come back with your attempt at code if you still have trouble.
