how to change datetime cell to matrix array

This is my datetime cell T. I want to transform it to array. But all I am doing know is this format.
t=[T{1,1};T{1,2};T{1,3};T{1,4};T{1,5};T{1,6};T{1,7};T{1,8};T{1,9};T{1,10};T{1,11};T{1,12};T{1,13};T{1,14};T{1,15}];
I used cell2mat and cell2str. It is not working. Can someone help me?
