How to model the turn-on time of "IGBT/Diode" block?

The IGBT/Diode block in the SimPowersystems library has parameters so that one can only model the turn-off times accurately. Is it possible to provide exact turn-on times as well?

Simscape Electrical provides various levels of fidelity and two different technologies. For a high fidelity model I suggest checking the N-Channel IGBT block in Simscape technology.
