I cannot login to my university's page

I tried to log into my school's Matlab page, but I got the error message "Due to a temporary problem, MathWorks Account is unavailable. Try again later."
I ahve been able to login before, but now it isn't working.
How can I fix this?

Seems the problems stem from the school's IT network, not from MathWorks, don't they ?

How could we possibly know? Should you contact someone at your school perhaps? Surely someone there constructed that page, and maintains it?
