Setup alias command in Windows.

What I want to achieve is execute mtlb in command window.
I am using DOSKEY setting.
DOSKEY mtlb= "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2021b\bin\matlab.exe" -nosplash -nodesktop
After executing mtlb.
The matlab showing MATLAB command window, not on the command line.
Is there any way, setting MATLAB command line shorcut Windows.

As far as I understand, Matlab does not run in the command shell under Windows.
Maybe the -batch or -wait flags are useful. See; https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/matlabwindows.html#f7-621863-option1optionN
