Error in saving data

Hi every body,
I have got an error in saving data
Error:
Warning: Variable 'data_1_all' was not saved. For variables larger than 2GB use MAT-file version 7.3 or later.
How can I fix it?

As the message tells you: Use a MAT file version 7.3 . You can find instructions by doc save.
save('File.mat', 'YourVariable', '-v7.3')
You can set this as default in the preferences also.
