regarding quanser matlab simulink qube servo position control

can anyone please tell me what i am doing mistake in my simulink model for quanser qube servo 2 position control . it is compiling perfectly but it do not give any response to me when i have pressed start button my diagram can be seen like this. is it correct diagram Hil write and read block showing in diagram not showing it assigned but after some time it is showing HIL 1 . can anyone give me answer please.
