Is it possible to use the ga toolbox for cluster optimization?

I have a dataset of 100*191 i.e 100 objects and 191 features .I had performed k mean clustering on this .now want to optimize these clusters using genetic algorithm is it possible to use ga tool for this?or any alternative?

What does it mean to optimize clusters? Do you think the kmeans result didn't converge to a correct answer, or is there some other thing about them that you want to change?
