F29069m supports usage of DRV8305 (see Hardware Connections - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com)). So, the hardware can be used to calibrate hall offset.

The example in Hall Offset Calibration for PMSM Motor - MATLAB & Simulink Example (mathworks.com) can be used as reference for the same. The example model is configured to run with F28069M controller card + DRV8312-69M-KIT inverter and might need to be modified for usage with F28069M controller card + DRV8305 inverter.
