i want generate 2 pulse waveform with matlab simulink

I want to create a circuit using MATLAB Simulink, and I need to connect a GPIO block. When I provide a constant input of 0, the GPIO output should not have any waveform. When I provide a constant input of 1, the GPIO output should generate a waveform. The waveform should resemble a square wave with only two pulses. I don't want it to be continuous; the waveform should turn on, then off, then on again, and then off. The periods should be 25μs, 10μs, and 10μs respectively. The last off period should remain off indefinitely. Can someone help me with this?
