Why does MATLAB become unresponsive when I try to close the generated figure?

4 次查看(过去 30 天)
If I click the red x button to close a figure that I generated, I get a spinning ball and MATLAB becomes unresponsive. I need to force quit to exit the app. The "close all" or "close()" command successfully closes the figure.
Is there a way to fix this issue?

MathWorks Support Team
MATLAB becomes unresponsive when it calls a Java function that is also being called by another application on the system, such as an accessibility application. This issue is not MATLAB release-specific nor limited to a specific macOS.
MathWorks is aware of this issue regarding the deadlock, and our development team is working towards resolving it in a future release of MATLAB. However, in the meantime, please discontinue the use of the application using the Java function while running MATLAB.
