How to convert Cell & Double array to Numeric array?

I have got a data of speed and directions in double and cell array. I want to sketch a graph but it says that data must be in numeric array.

Doesnt work for me:
>> xx = cell2mat(xallc{:,1});
Brace indexing is not supported for variables of this type.
>> xx = cell2mat(xallc);
Brace indexing is not supported for variables of this type.

@Nancy Hammond please start your own question and attach your xallc in a .mat file with the paperclip icon. xallc is not a cell array or table so you don't need braces or cell2mat, you can simply use parentheses.
