When you run the installer program one option is that you can give the email address of the account you have at the Mathworks. Just use that and it should go fine. That's how I always do it.
If you don't want to do that, for some reason, then contact the sales or technical department at the Mathworks to get some kind of license or activation code you can type in. We can't do that for you.
