Does VideoWriter Class support Ultra High Def 3840 x 2160 formats?

I want to be able to produce Ultra High Def (UHD) 3840 x 2160 video files using the VideoWriter class. Is this file format supported for either mp4 (H.264) or motion JPEG 2000? If yes, are there any recommendations for required memory, or processor? I intend to use MATLAB R2015a and Window 7 64 bit.
