How can i estimate parameter from my experimental data by using mathematical model that is obtained by carrying numerical integration(Gaus-Kronrod Quadrature) out?

I've been trying to estimate parameter from the experimental data. However, my math model has been evaluated numerically. How can i overcome this problem? Any advice would be lovely. Thanks in advance

What problem ?
It's usual that the underlying mathematical models are solved numerically.
