Hello, is there a matlab function like "wavedec" that works only to decompose the signal at eaxct levels and discard the other levels. for example if I have function [C,L]= wavedec(X,N,'sym3'); if N=10 and I need to calculate the function at values of N=7,8,10 only and discard all the remaining values and gives me the output [C_new,L_new]. then I will reconstruct the signal [C_new,L_new] after applying some filters using function Y=waverec(C,L,'sym3')
