Get value only in matlab

Anyway to get the value of uint64 integer only. In other words, if 12345 is a uint64 integer, how to convert it to double while the value of the double remains 12345. Something similar to Excel's paste value only.

Unless I missed something in your Question, this is straightforward:
x = uint64(12345)
xd = double(x)
x =
12345
xd =
12345
