MATLAB uses the File Scope of xPCtarget on Simulink at 2011b, after recovering the output data from targetPC, the following errors occur when you run the readxpcfile. Please tell me how to resolve this error.
Error readxpcfile (line 14) Message: output character buffer is too small it can not contain characters that are decoded. Encoding 'Unicode (UTF-8)' fallback 'System.Text.DecoderReplacementFallback'.

MATLAB 2011bにてSimulink上でxPCtargetのFile Scopeを使用し、出力データをtargetPCから回収後、readxpcfileを実行すると下記のエラーが発生する。 このエラーの解決方法を教えてください。

It looks to me as if the file being read contains characters with numeric position 240 or larger, and that the tools are trying to encode those as UTF-8 which requires multiple output bytes for characters from 240 and upwards, and that the buffer space allocated is not large enough to store the extra bytes.
Unfortunately I do not have that toolbox so I cannot investigate what the limitations are.
