How to select an object of a bw image

I have a bw image with two blobs. I want to calculate area centroid etc. Of each individually....how can i achieve this??!

With regionprops():
labeledImage = bwlabel(binaryImage);
measurements = regionprops(labeledImage, 'Area');
allAreas = [measurements.Area]
