sir, i have to divide an image into overlapping blocks and need to store each block in a different variable name.And need to measure features using pca(principle component analysis).. Please help me sir, i need matlab coding....

Could you remind me what the exact difference is between the block stored in the variable Hr28m9 and the one stored in q3r28n8 ?

I assume you want to encourage the OP to use a cell to store the blocks in?

Unfortunate that the requirement to store each block in a different variable name has been imposed on the user. It will be interesting to glance at the code structure the user is going to have to adopt to handle all the variable names for the blocks that come out of (say) a 1280 by 1024 image...

"Need" is an imposed requirement. "Want" would be a choice or preference.
