how to get a snapshot in matlab through a push button on arduino?

1 次查看(过去 30 天)
I need to capture an image with matlab whenever an external button on arduino is pressed. The image is then processed for object detection and result will be send back to arduino as a high/low signal to show the detection is done. How can I approach this method?
Thank you.

You can use the webcam support package, or the Image Acquisition Toolbox to snap pictures. Then, there are plenty of discussions here, with code, that show you how to send a high/low signal to a pin on your arduino.
