Do I need installing both of OS Generic Video Interface and USB webcam package installer?

Good day. First question, currently I'm using the R2015a for image processing, do I need to install both of OS Generic Video Interface and USB webcam package installer?

Second question, actually I have installed those, but I got an error in the OS Generic Video Interface package installment. It was said "A required support package (OS Generic Video Interface) is missing", but I made a successful second attempt.

Right after that, on the same window I re-typed the command and installed the USB Webcam and I got errors as well (two attempts, said "The application encountered an unexpected error and needs to close...") so I closed then re-opened the MATLAB and I successfully re-installed the package.

So the fact that it got errors, will it cause problem in the future?

Btw I don't know why when I did that on R2014a, it worked fine and I got no problem.
