Interface Error:MATLAB Function Interface Error: Simulation stopped due to out of bounds error. Block

i have a big problem with the interface error in simulink block. i create the 16-apsk modulation and demodulation block using matlab code. when i run this individual block there is no error but when i put this block other existing 16-qam or psk it shows "MATLAB Function Interface Error: Simulation stopped due to out of bounds error. Block MATLAB Function1 (#19) While executing: none ". anybody if have some idea or logic, i would like to request please share with necessary information.

Perhaps you should post your code sample and the type/size of the inputs.

thanks for your co-operation. right now i got the 16-APSK Tx and Rx filter's constellation point but when want to calculate error rate then it does not work. how can i upload a file here, otherwise its little bit tough to get this problem. Please Kaustubha Govind tell me how can i upload a file here. i want to send or upload this file.

1) 16-APSK Modulation Simulink Block

When I create this Simulink block that time there is no error but unfortunately when I put this block in the existing 16-QAM or PSK it does not work properly to compare 16-QAM.

When I run this Simulink diagram then it shows 16 constellation point Tx-Scatter plot, Rx-Scatter plot but it cant calculate the bit error rate.
Please check this APSK Theoretical_16-APSK’s output.
