How to change value of axis using matrix to plot 3-D surface

using surf(),X-axis and Y-axis are index of element in matrix-test(a,b)
I want to set axis as X=1-a/10,Y=3+b/4.
an simplified example:
test=[3 4 5;3 5 6;7 4 5];
surf(test)

You can pass x and y values as the first two parameters of surf()
