RAM-based shift register in HDL coder

I am looking for logic to implement RAM-based shift register. Looking forward a suggestion, it will be very help ful.

UseRAM parameter: The UseRAM implementation parameter in Simulink HDL block option enables using RAM-based mapping for an integer delay block.

You can also use array of persistent variables and map it to RAM in MATLAB to HDL
