Hi,
Can I create a zero matrix of 20x20 of which element is a column vector of length 3? I was looking for something like a{20,20}(3,1) but it does not seems to be working! :( too bad!

Elem = zeros(3,1);
ValueCell = cell(20,20);
ValCell=cellfun(@(x)(Elem),ValCell,'UniformOutput', false)
