How to make a menu, when we choose the first button, will spring a picture Windows in figure, but when we will choose the second button, will spring two picture Windows in figure… and so on ? Please instruct me, thank you!

Please explain more details. E.g. what do you mean by "menu" exactly? A context menu, a list of buttons, a menu in the menubar of the figure?
What does "spring a picture Windows in figure" mean?
