Help with unzipping and running given code.

1 次查看(过去 30 天)
I am trying to use a code to model efflux time. The method used is supposed to be a combination of Newton-Rhapson and Runge-Kutta. I am modeling equation 11 from the paper. If someone could help put the code in a usable format and then explain it that would be very helpful for my report. The site to get the code is http://clausius.engr.utk.edu/che310/index.html You will have to click on "Efflux from a Tank-MATLAB routines"

Can't you just unzip them with any zip/unzip utility? They were apparently zipped with WinZip so they will unzip with the same. Then put them on your path. I doubt many people have time to download highly specific code on a subject that isn't theirs just to understand it to give you an explanation on it though so you will likely have to do that yourself and ask any specific questions on sections of it that you can't understand. The code does come with comments. Whether comments improve code or not is a matter of opinion but with such obtuse variable names I'm sure they do!
