I would like to make a simple windowstandalone application by matlab. but i can't code the GUI correctly. please help me by coding the program for the figure that I attached below.

Do you want to create this programmatically or by using GUIDE? The picture is useful, but not clear enough for a recreation. Could you post, what you have tried so far?

That looks like an assignment / homework. If it is, then you are probably using a Student Version license. Student Version licenses do not have access to MATLAB Compiler to create stand-alone executables.
