Have you read the help on creating GUIs with GUIDE? It gives examples of writing callbacks and accessing other components within these. I don't have time to rewrite the documentation for you here, but if you have more specific questions based on some code you have attempted then feel free to ask.

First of all thanks for ur quick response and willingness. When you see this question it seems like a simple homework or something else. but the truth is am doing a huge project for the fulfillment of my bsc degree or it is just a bsc thesis project. this means the project is not only this gui code. in short the question is a simple part of my project. so if u are interested I need ur help. Please give me what I want, and ur help has a huge credit to me.

@Geremew Tsegaw: We cannot guess, whyt the callbacks should do. Therefore posting code would be pure guessing and in consequence most likely not useful. Please post any details and ask a specific question.
