I need to do Digital Image Encryption using number theory on MATLAB. if someone know plz help.

If someone knows, that you need to do Digital Image Encryption?!
If you want others to assist, it is a good idea to post all relevant information. A good point to start is: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/6200-tutorial-how-to-ask-a-question-on-answers-and-get-a-fast-answer
For the non-experts it would be helpful, if you explain, what "Digital Image Enryption" is - does it differ from standard data encryption using e.g. AES and is there and "analog image encryption" also?

NTSC signal representation is messy enough that some people refer to it as analog image encryption ;-)
