2012a Does Not Install

I'm getting the following error when I try to install 2012a:

There are no products available to install from this location. You may need to download the appropriate products from our web-site (www.mathworks.com).

I've read: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/87-there-are-no-are-no-products-available-to-install-from-this-location

All the files are in a TEMP directory on the C: drive (where MATLAB resides). Here is the directory:

All files generated after double clicking on the matlab...installer.exe which entered the installation procedure. Installation was attempted not using the Internet.
