Regression with multiple variables

There is 'Regression Leaner' in Matlab app.
And, data can be trained with 1 response (Y) and the other predictors.(X1,X2,X3,...)
But, how can I train data to get multiple outputs?
i.e. multiple input (X1,X2,X3,...) and multiple outputs (Y1,Y2,Y3,..)

Statistics Toolbox includes Multivariate Linear Regression.

If you have the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox, you can use the mvregress function.
See my answer to this question for a detailed, commented example of the use of this function.
