Export to .txt with pilcrow

Hi all,
I am sorry if this question is super stupid, but I need to export my matrix to a .txt file in a specific format (so that an other programm can read it). I attached one file which is in the format that it should get. At a first glance it looks like it is only space seperated, but looking at it closer reveals that after each space there is a pilcrow (sign for a new paragraph). Has anyone any idea how I can export a file so that it comes out like that?
