Simulink integrator returns incorrect results

I have a problem where the simulink integrator is not producing the expected results. I have tested taking the derivative of my scope and then the integral to see if I can get the initial results back. However when I do this I get vastly different results from the integrator. I have attached a picture of my simulation. It is the Integrator3 block that is incorrect. Any suggestions that could fix this?
