Matlab compiler by MATLAB Runtime

Dears, I tried to compile my MATLAB code from "Application compiler" and I selected my "main.m" file and the all required files. The problem is my code needs an input file to run and I put it in "Files installed for your end user" but when I created ".exe" file of my code, it asks about "input.m" file! and it says that it is not found. Please, could someone tell my where I should put my input file? should I put it in " Files installed for your end user" or in "Files required for your application to run"? Any advice?!

Is "an input file" really the M-file "input.m"? What is the exact formulation of 'it asks about "input.m" file!'? What exactly is "it" in "it is not found"?

"Files required for your application to run" sounds fine. Did you try it? If so, please explain in detail, what you observe.
